Liz began her career helping build Credito Italiano’s UK platform, distributing Italian government debt to institutional investors. She later founded an executive search firm specialising in mid- to senior roles in the alternatives space, interviewing and mentoring thousands of professionals.
Seeing the same challenges surface time and again, Liz retrained as an executive coach. She now combines deep industry insight with practical coaching to help professionals navigate high-pressure environments with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.

Heike Grand-Montagne
Heike began her career with many years in the insurance industry, where she headed an International Industrial Property Department in Germany. She also worked for the Deutsche Bundestag and for more than 10 years has been successful as a Certified Professional Coach.
Heike trained at iPEC Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and is an expert in Energy Leadership Coaching and an ELI Master Practitioner. Heike supports her clients in their careers as well as in their private lives. Because often, the problem is not what we want to achieve but who we need to become to make this happen.
